>>105825934>In my first post I said that a broke nobody won't be able to afford bond or create media pressure to be released. You know bail bond agencies exist right?
Also bond has to be relative to the persons finances and relative to the crime. Meaning someone in jail and the only thing is a cop said he wanted you to unlock your phone so he could look at it, if not IMMEDIATELY thrown out, could be a PR, Bond with 10% cash assured, etc etc.
The situation you are making up is so implausible that it's completely missing the point of OP's video or any realistic scenario. We are not borderline talking about some homeless guy who can afford a smartphone and plan arrested for not unlocking their device when asked because the cop was a dick that day and somehow is never going to get a PC hearing to the issue (which is often far earlier than the trial) where the people are charging him with the failure to unlock a device because the cop just asked him to and the judge and defense basically go "well yeah okay".
Give me a break... this is pants on head retard of chances being that I'd win the lottery 3 times in a row for your situation to occur.
> increasing the likelihood that you'll cave in and self incriminate.sounds like a personal problem
Again, people must not know what the OP's video talked about being that people were arrested for being in a gang, their phones were all the same brand/OS, and always self destructed. It's click bait and also not in a first world country. Sorry your country is shit but this won't happen in first world countries, go back to London for thought crimes or whatever shithole you're in
