Coder is, as you might be able to guess, for coding. Reasoner is the one that always thinks, and ST now has settings to automatically parse its reasoning and not include it in subsequent replies. Original V3 had a problem with repetition where swipes felt almost identical, but that was fixed with V3 0324. To be honest, I don't think it needs a jailbreak - it is an uncensored model after all - but if you really don't like its writing style, I guess it wouldn't hurt to try one out.
