Ultimately it's for people with money. And for people of certain professions and people that like games, you'll also need to get used to lots of emulation. (And if neither of these apply to you then a Mac is simply overall better) Might be too inconvenient for a lot of people who can't be bothered with all this and are willing to tolerate Windows jank.
