Looks to me like the entries marked "MAY's Lenovo Laptop" were pulled from his browser history rather than from the site. They've got gmail and wikipedia stuff in there too, all shown the same way. My guess is the third column on the table is the source of the information for that row.

The point of this document is to argue that the guy should be denied bail because he's a danger to the public. The judge needs a good reason to deny bail and keep someone locked up who hasn't been convicted (innocent until proven guilty and all that), and I guess if they just said "we looked on his computer and found some bad stuff" then the judge might consider that too ambiguous.

It makes for easier convictions since the prosecution has full control and can make it sound however they want so the jury responds like you are responding right now.

For example: the word "toddler" makes you think of a certain age group, a specific kind of child, maybe of your own children at that age. This potentially makes the offense personal to the judge/jury. The description of the clothing, the cartoon shirt makes you feel that the person in question is extra chilidish just incase the defense tries to pull the 'she was asking for it' defense. The addition of the background sounds makes you think of the clandestine nature of the ecounter, and the reminder that there might be more victims in the background by describing other kids makes you feel super bad for the whole scenario because this person isnt just an abuser but potentially a serial abuser with access to many victims. This person isn't having a casual affair with maybe a precoscious child, but is rather a predator surronded by victims. He is a wolf hiding among the sheep. What kind of sick fuck would be interested in that? The defendant, therefore he must be a monster too, so no bail.
