What is the best option for local/private uncensored LLMs?

So I used CharAI like a year ago back when it let you do multiple bot chats with different loras at once. I just recently learned how to use some of Chub AI's features and its functions like multi bots in one chat and lorebooks. It's insanely based. I have used loras prior set up for specific scenarios that assume multiple roles, the role of nature in a world, or both at the same time. I understand one lora to manage multipe characters can be more organized but has a general vagueness or lack of detail since its focus and data is divided between all subjects. What I want is to create a role playing scenario and encorporate specific lora bots in with it, sort of letting the scenario bot play narrator for the world and the individual character loras would focus on themselves, in an attempt to get richer responses from each member of the party while also not detracting so much from the overall narrative.
Am I going about this wisley? What I'm worried about is the character narration/ooc text playing too much a role in narrating that it might almost make the worldbuilding narrator. I would hope the scenario lora would handle lesser charaters, monsters, etc. Would uaing a stage accomplish or help simplify this? I have yet to learn how to use those, their functionality seems much more multifaceted than how lorebooks work.
Also, regarding free ai chatbots (as I'm still working on my machine before I can run locally) what is the consensus, pros and cons, with using Chub? I specifically like how flexible, customizable, and uncensored it is compared to say char, janitor, and spicychat, but if I could do better I'd love to hear it.

I tried it a while ago and it wasn't great. I've since used a lot of "custom" GPT's but it's too censored to get anything good out of it but the memory system is great for keeping it on track!
