i switched from android last summer, and it honestly just depends on what you did with your phone
the biggest annoyances are syncing with itunes to transfer music to play on the iOS music app, but everything else works pretty much the same. and you can use a different music player app (like VLC) if you just want to use music downloaded from the internet.
the main reason I switched was because the iphone 13 mini is the only decent small phone on the market, and because i was sick of my android bricking out every couple years. my dad is still using his iphone 7 so i wanted something long lasting as well.
i use windows and mac side by side (windows desktop, mac laptop) and from windows, the biggest annoyance with macos is windows management, but i think theres software that gives you windows like window snapping. maybe someone can give some input here?
anyway the main reasons i switched were because i think apple hardware lasts longer (doesnt get crippling slowdown like my android/windows devices did), the basic hardware is much better (touchpad, speakers, screen) and i like the idea of keeping a device for a long time. my macbook has lasted me 9 years now and hasn't even slowed down a bit.
from a pure usability perspective i prefer windows and android respectively but the other aspects of applel swayed me, at least for portable devices. ill never switch from a windows/linux desktop though.
