I do, I just use stock cables and they dont always fit. Besides, I have a shitton. Adrian Newey packaging is only good for glass panels and PSU shrouds, but annoying for normal use.

RGB is most important in getting easy FPS increases, but clean cabling is a close second.

Right is OK assuming your PC is in "maintenance mode" where you don't expect to make any major changes.
PC shouldn't be that unreliable where you swap parts that often and like for like replacements might be easier with tidy cables.

I do it like this:

Front, where me and other people will actually see the PC parts: very tidy and clean looking.

Back, where nobody can see shit and it just doesn't matter at all: literally squeeze the cables until they fit, flipping the pc around and pressing my elbow against the back panel until I can slide/lock it in place, like some sort of overloaded suitcase.
