Of course. What if your fan broke, or you need to replace some component or add another sata drive? Are you going to unzip all that shit on the right and then zip it again?

If they would at least run the power cords separate from the signals, i could accept it as "cosmetic extra work".
The effort put into the right one isn't well invested.

left is actually managed, and it is managed with function over looks. nobody gives a single fuck about how it looks behind solid back panel.
while the one right looks fancy with wasted shekels on lgbqt ribbon cables - it is only suitable for permanent deployments, where you are not going to add or change anything, because then you have to re-zip all that shit from the scratch.
purpose of cable management meme is to not have cables obstructing airflow and having them properly secured so that they will not disconnect if you ever touch the case.

Left = trailer park trash / ghetto fags / the type of people who never change the oil in their car because they are just too busy worrying about important stuff like candy crush or getting high
Right = people who even if poor / neet will take a few extra seconds to do a job correctly, and somehow have more time to do other things correctly

usage leads to wear, to tear, to tinkering, to ripping out the clump of cables to get to the one you need, to thinking "I'm not doing a crochet every time something needs to be replaced" which leads to the before pic

Right is OK assuming your PC is in "maintenance mode" where you don't expect to make any major changes.
PC shouldn't be that unreliable where you swap parts that often and like for like replacements might be easier with tidy cables.

I do it like this:

Front, where me and other people will actually see the PC parts: very tidy and clean looking.

Back, where nobody can see shit and it just doesn't matter at all: literally squeeze the cables until they fit, flipping the pc around and pressing my elbow against the back panel until I can slide/lock it in place, like some sort of overloaded suitcase.

>but muh air flow
1-2 degree difference, tops.
>but muh cable management

Cable management in a production server setting = Good
Cable management in R&D server setting = bad

Why would you manage cables in a PC enclosure? Your "increased airflow" time is better spent keeping the thing clean.
