Now that the dust has settled...do they glow?

BTW I dislike kiwi farms because its negative for dubious reasons, not actual good reasons like racism which actually protects white people from relaxing. I don't really care ablut infertile troons or lolcow fat streamers that are miserable.

But shutting anyone down they don't like regardless of the risk is a violation of free speech. Kiwi farms didn't break any laws, the site itself but correct me if I'm wrong.

You have the right to say what you want, but they have the right to decide whether they want to host you or not. That's how free speech works.

Incitement to violence is a crime in most countries, and failing to moderate your website in a way that allows such incitement to flourish is also a crime in most places. KiwiFarms is still free to have its website; it just can't use Cloudflare's services.

(((Cloudflare))) should not be trusted and is a very negative force for the Internet as a whole. But they aren't doing anything wrong here.

I fundamentally disagree with. Hosting at the scale of cloudflare is effectively a monopoly, same with payment processing and shit. Government regulations should compel companies to not deny people service for things they disagree with, but that's antisemitic.

no laws were broken. all the information they're able to obtain on that site on lolcows etc. is public domain. what trannies, lolcows and other failures absolutely hate is how a bunch of closeted pedos on a forum are able to put all this data in one place exposing their lies and garbage lives, as they are somewhat public figures.

they're not "hosting" per se. if you run a server, you are hosting. cloudflare act as a man in the middle only caching some of your shit, but i think that all depends how you set the account up or what you pay for. in any case, the man in the middle-ing for massive part of the internet should concern people but they don't seem to care, maybe retarded. hard to say.

Remember that during the debacle where they took down that other chan, the owned literally came out and said that congress needed to make what he was being forced to do illegal, that he should not have the power to unilaterally remove websites.
