Because they are assertive and they want it. They know where the money is. They are shameless profiteers and beeline for the titles. It isn't about improving or growing anything just scraping cash off another's pile.

It's like a parable of sorts. It's easy for them to feign software competence since it's linguistic. Business suits were attracted to these super cheap guys that could perceptibly do the same work (to them, since they don't understand software). So they started hiring them in phases, late 90's, 2000's, multiple waves of jeet outsourcing and visa insourcing.

At some point, they got too greedy and reached critical mass. Once jeets get over 50% of your engineering department they own it and start appointing their own managers, VPs, CTOs and eventually CEO. Passive, naive, "egalitarian" whites were not prepared for a horde of 1.5 billion scammers who are happily in group nepotistic, favoritistic, and fraudulent. It's like the dodo bird meeting an invasive species.
