It's painful cause I missed the boat. So many of these SaaS companies started out as some guy in X industry passively interested in tech in the 90's/00's who just whipped together a little toy app to make life a bit easier for his business and then it ended up ballooning into a million or billion dollar company.

Way too saturated to be that easy now.
