It wouldn't have mattered anyways, Google has been inactivating accounts that aren't active enough and didn't get 2FA. It happened to a few of my gmail alts.

I actually found an old gmail digging through my old files and logged in right before it was deleted. Actually I think Google said it was deleted but they undid it since it had just recently been deleted.

>make a unique email for every service I sign up for so the inevitable breach doesn't get my primary email spammed forever
>can't do that with gmail anymore because it immediately locks the new account for suspicious activity if it detects you used it to sign up for something

Had a 20 year old account I used for everything abruptly closed with no warning or explanation. Was a fucking shitshow because I had everything linked to that e-mail. Can't even update the e-mail associated with 90% of my various accounts because they try to send a security code to the dead e-mail. And now I have to worry that Google will at some point add that e-mail back into the name pool and some bot will snag it and now some indian scam facility can potentially access all those other accounts through it.

I hate guys like you because you hog all the good emails. Gmail doesn't reuse addresses so what will we do once all the good names are gone?

>>105882207
Why would you not just use plus addressing and filter out any emails being sent to the spam alias?

The United States government should provide every citizen a lifetime e-mail address at birth.

The would most likely ask you for your number anyway. Nowadays you can just buy disposable, working numbers for less than a dollar online. Merchants often accept XMR and prepaids.

I have 4 15 year old gmail accounts and none of them require any kind of ID verification so I can use them as throwaway emails how I like and it just works.
