I think there are natural abilities that some will have that others will not have, no matter how much experience or training they receive, same with everything else in life. Some are better at math than they are at languages, some are better at sports than they are at arts, some can fearlessly charge head-first into enemy lines while others can captivate millions with the sound of their voice.
That is not to say that they can't improve with training, of course anyone would, but those with natural abilities will always do better than those without. So I would say that instead of listening to these influencers idea of strength, to instead find your own abilities and improve on them.
