I recently bought a used iPhone 15 for my niece. However, she’s having trouble getting the mobile service to work. I’ve run multiple IMEI checks, and they all say it’s unlocked. The network isn’t available, and it says "Phone not allowed." Yet, under "Network Provider Lock," it says there aren’t any SIM restrictions. How can I determine whether it’s carrier-locked, blacklisted (stolen-locked), or something else?
