Why is this shit happening constantly? No I didn't change batch size. I have an RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB vram, I'm loading wan2.1-i2v-14b-480p-Q6_K which is only 14GB and it's still cracking the shits. I have more than enough dram available for virtual ram too.

--fp32-text-enc is optional, i use that because i use a different pony clip model that is better at prompt adherence.

I only have 12GB vram and use Q8, so you are doing it wrong like almost every other person that posts here. If you're using the KJ wrapper nodes with block swap (which is terrible) or multi gpu node to offload (also garbage) then above options won't work. Yes comfy anon knows his own software, he knows what he is doing when it comes to efficiency and offloading to system RAM

After playing with Kontext Loras for a bit it seems like their paranoia about nsfw might be justified. Not sure if they pretrained on an unsafe dataset but it's more inclined to anatomy than base Flux, much like Wan. It could be a side effect of the model having better spatial knowledge due to the nature of how it works or it could be they trained a looser dataset and then believed they can properly set up refusals.

You just got to play around with it to make it work properly so that it does not reduce motion. i don't use torch compile or NAG if that helps. I use 2 lora's with wan core nodes at pic relate strength euler and beta or simple. the reason i don't use the nag node is because that was fucking things up with the motion.

Rtx 5090 is solid 480p/540p videos with self forcing models. You can generate 81frames/5sec videos in 70 seconds. I'm enjoying my recent bought 5090 prebuilt with video gen but having some annoying compatibility issues and errors on reforge with certain sdxl models that produce black images. Still keeping my 4060 ti 16gb pc build close just in case.

NTA however the strangest thing to me is that i had the slow motion problem when i first started using this lora and i don't know what i did but i don't get that problem no more even with the old lora. i had another issue though were there wasn't enough motion and some how solved that problem. I might have to clean up my workflow and just share it but at the moment its a completely mess with me ripping out things and adding things. I really think it has something to do with people using those other older optimizations, the only one i'm currently using is sage attention and that is a KJ node which patches to use it.

I am a bit peeved though their prompting seems to indicate how they did captioning which is tags only and they aren't really doing that much with the natural prompting training part and instead just making sure it still retains that ability from the base model's built in descriptors to make natural prompting work. Not going to blame them too much because Lumina's team did not open source the captioner they used and making it work with Danbooru tags is probably a nightmare. How'd you prompt those proportions or is this a lora? Narrow shoulders, extreme neck length, wide hips, saggy tits? I always find my self using some kind of lora and it almost always slops the gen, I'd love an extreme proportion slider. Having NVCC isn't good enough to check if CUDA is working. You need to run nvidia-smi and get an output with your GPU in it displaying its stats which is the way to check if it is there and you have working CUDA. Only then can you go and get everything else working.

those commands think will be the same in windows just ensure you install python3.12 and obviously download and install the latest cuda, source env-comfy/bin/activate has to be done from the root comyui directory each time otherwise it will use the latest system python. correct, the git clone pulls the copy to what ever directory you are in C:\ for example, then cd to it and run step3 which creates the environment, then activate

source env-comfy/bin/activate

your prompt should change to reflect that you are using it. then ensure it has pip installed into it.

then proceed with everything else, each step and if everything is ok you will be able to start comfyui.

it has two options 1 for 30xx and 40xx, and 2 for 50xx that is supposed to install torch 1.8.0 but now installs 1.9.0, though I found working libraries for torch + torch audio changing it from unspecified "torch" and "torchvision" to torch==2.8.0.dev20250518+cu128 torchvision==0.22.0.dev20250519+cu128 after about 10 attempts it worked but still getting errors while running the Wan Q8 model, it might be that Loras only work with smaller Wan models ill try that next.
