The Internet is intentionally being flooded with AI slop.

This is done so that people start to find it unusable in its current state and look for a solution.

The solution, of course, will be mandatory cryptographically-signed digital identification for all Internet use.

Want to use the Internet? You will have two options: one Internet will be 99.999% AI slop where you will never be able to know you are speaking with a real person.

There will be a second parallel Internet used by corporations, business, banks, the government, etc. where you will be forced to use this mandatory digital ID.

Of course, this will put an absolute and total stop to whistleblowing, conspiracies and other "undesirable" acts that are committed on the present Internet.

And the best part is that people will be for all this to happen.

just write "Nigger" in every post and you can easily filter real users from AI.

If the internet is full of garbage that's not informative then simply go outside retard. Why would I care about verifying my ID to watch TikTok slop and short form content designed to fry my brain and dopamine receptors?

This isn't a new phenomenon. Bots have been 2/3rds of the internet for a long time. The difference now is that it's getting harder to tell human from the programmed responses.

Its more for the esteemed hacker 4chan, than the shit posters, as per OPs point about no longer having a function investigative journalism department. Work in zero knowedge is higly composable so things like credible anonymous informant networks, warzone publucation (eth over ham radio/sat link) and instantaneous global distribution are possibilities

It still isn't hard to tell. Bots
>refuse to engage with certain subjects/topics
>almost instantly reply and reply in groups pushing the same narrative
>stop replying to anything that goes "off script"

It's really easy to pick them out of the crowd. Even more so if a website requires accounts to post. It's always easy to tell when the bots alert a human to deal with things being off-script. Since they usually get really really angry that you made them do actual work.

Ditch http and the web, its nothing but corporate slop anyways. Fire up a Gemini or Gopher client. SSH into a BBS or play a game of Quake 3.
All this digital ID bullshit will only apply to http and the corporate/government web.
Plenty to do on the net besides the web

I was wrong. I totally believe they'll launch a satellite into space and by-pass the ham boomers to shit up the radio spectrum even more than it already is with data that can't be encrypted to spread posts from investigative journalists inside warzones that are somehow going to bust through all the radio jamming.

I just dumped my life savings into this project. I'm sure they won't rug pull it in 2 weeks.

Alternatively you can just stop using the internet and begin using the real capital I Internet, which is used for sharing information, documents, and useful tooling. This alternative Internet does not have these problems, and you will never need to deal with them, as they do not specialize in hedonism.

Just point the dish and fill the op_returns

Hashchan is on a similar techstack, just leverages the bloom filters to structure the dag and make it indexable client side

Eventually between the CAPTCHAs, cookie choices, anti-adblocking, cloudflare and government Real-ID requirements the internet will just become unusable.

Most people will use a corpo cloud LLM supplemented by "trusted" up to date info to be parsed to that LLM to understand and interact with the world. The idea of going to a website and looking up something will be quaint and outdated.

bots have been spamming the net for generations retard
The AI spam is indians and turd worlders trying to milk advertising revenue from google because for some fucking reason advertising companies are happy paying youtube to shill their products to bot farms almost exclusively.

Unfortunately without state-backed identification of posters I can't see any other way to stop robots from just spamming the web, AI models can learn to deceive everything else we can do except for proving we're real people with birth certificates and IDs.
>BUT THATS DYSTOPIAN!!!
It is and it sucks, but the internet is a fucking schizo/bot only wasteland now and it needs to be fixed

Consider hashchans strategy. It limits spam with economic friction in such a way it provides a kickback to cryptoholders

The state has been the worlds most prolific serial killer, the cost of handing them all your daily routines and habits exceeds the cost of doing this
