i'm on the newest driver version with AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and i still get boxy artifacts, most noticeably in browser where GPU acceleration is enabled, forcing me to disable it. this shit annoys the hell out of me. fuck AMD

Go to your Adrenaline Software, Performance, Tuning, set to Custom, then enable GPU & VRAM Tuning and enable Advanced Control, don't touch any of the settings, then apply. Fixed it completely for me, never had any problems after that.

I think it's actually a hardware thing. I see dmesg errors like that all the time on Linux which has open source drivers. I'd show you but there's so much spam in the kernel log right now from my browser constantly ooming it all scrolled away.
