Because third world Americans are mixed, brown or black. Also Americans are low iq and really poor. Even countries like Africa isn't as bad as third world US. US doesn't even have clean drinking water without chemicals or basic things like normal food.

they did. they just exposed the functions to researchers with python. the problem is mismatched dependency hell. It would be much more manageable to keep things relevant if libs were updated on a case by case basis or replace with more optimized solutions. researchers are also taught python via Jupiter notebook so they are brainwashed into thinking they don't need anything else
