Somehow Zorin makes GNOME usable and made me stop distrohopping. It actually just works wtf

I refuse to believe distro hopping is a real thing. Distros are barely different.

The only thing I don't like about GNOME is that when a program doesn't INSTANTLY respond, GNOME lets you know it. "Program is not responding..." while KDE and other DEs at least wait a bit before spamming you with that

Not saying it doesnt work, i used it for years until i realised it was plagued with propietary software and when asked about it in the forum no one gave a proper answer.

i had the same error screen some months ago
kde is a k-pain in the k-ass every single day i used it
glad i changed to zorin now
everytime any kde component krashes it takes the whole shell with it so a reboot is always necessary
while my zorin is always without fail just an alt+f2 > r away from being fixed and all of my work progress would still there

I'd still feel dirty for even runnning GNOME on my system. Having GTK libraries is a bad enough comprimise as it is.

Show me a single theme that isn't flat Reddit slop. It's literally impossible because the GTK theming engine is based on CSS. At best you have some theme trannying as some other existing GUI.

Almost passes but I've still always found it ugly. Like what's with the lines on those tabs? I'm not too fond of the stripes on the progress bar. It just looks uncanny.
Meanwhile the options with Kvantum or QtCurve are limitless.
