The fact that Android relies on the generosity of private dev pumping out the 'hacks' which allow us to own our own smartphones should give us all pause.

Android doesnt have a future. This is now clear. Google is killing it with each new version in the name of 'protecting the end consumer'.

I hope we will have mini x86 achitecture that can fit in our pockets by the time Android dies for good. I give it 5 years tops.
