Putting an Indian in charge of their fabs. Expanding far too quickly during covid. Ignoring AI/ML, even if it's a meme it's wildly profitable. Pat probably shouldn't have overstated their capabilities repeatedly or pissed off TSMC since that shit came back to bite him in the ass.
