Squoosh got it down to less than 1MB with lossless webp. I don't even know how this is possible because all sources online say that lossless webp is only like 20% more efficient than PNG so I think OP bloated up his image somehow...

There are a ton of videos that are several hours long. I get that many people fall asleep listening to YouTube, but damn. I'll put on long podcasts sometimes in the background as I work on something else, but even I won't listen to 5 hour long rants about the video games industry or true crime cases, I don't know what level of autism you'd need for that.
