I mean they have great specs and full lineage os support, plus you can get them unlocked for 600 dollars. Sure you loose the headphone jack and microsd card slot but most flagships don't have them and have worse lineage os support

I learned my lesson to never get phones with rounded edges
My S23U fell of my bed while charging and the screen cracked

I have a Moto phone, Google Fi often gives you them stupid cheap.

It's going to be my last one back in 2018 I think I had a motorola and couldn't recall why I didn't upgrade to one again. Got a new one, immediately realized the dogshit baked in apps, camera sensor for anything but day shots, slow ass wonky charging, oh yeah and if ANYTHING is wrong with the phone they only provide one bugfix during the OS upgrade release...

"Everything else also sucks" isn't much of a selling point.

phones in china are cheaper then international, the same phone costs 600 dollars in China but 1000 dollars elseware. Chinks don't want their "loss of profits" so they gimp their phones when not used in their region. Moto used to block 5g on their moto phones for example.

I have an Edge 50 Fusion and it has none of the problems described, also they did fix UI issues on security updates.

just don't get the chinese-only models? I don't see the problem here, unless you were dumb enough to accidentally buy their domestic variant. In which case that's on you.

Oh, that makes sense. But why would you deal with chinkshit anyway? You can get used flagships from yesteryear (or the year before) from decent phone brands if you're concerned with budget, anon. Google's pixel phones are notorious for crashing in price after a new release and there's the added bonus that they're supported for a long time as well. (idk about samsung tho). I just don't see the advantage desu.

pixels come with tensor socs which has worst performance then their snapdragon counterpart. Also why buy a older phone with worse specs when I just buy the newer one for a similar price
