are you experienced at ffmpeg? i have a problem with macroblocks, they only appear 2/1.5 seconds after the video starts and they don't show at the beginning of the video, i want them to show, i'm a beginner. code here (for a 3gp video).

I'm sure there's a flag for that (ie reduce I-frames) but I would just add some dummy footage at the beginning as a hack
