but I think in practice you just narrow down the genepool and that has negative condequences on the children biologically. I'm not saying eugenics will lead to quasi-incest, but nature will not allow for homogeny. sooner or later new mutations will occur, ones that in a few generations could benefit the entire race.
also, two highly desirable parents don't have to necessarily produce a child with the same traits. I've seen so many good looking parents with ugly ass children.
once again, he's trying to play with things he doesn't understand at all. he is a guy with lots of visions but no ability to see it through. hardly any of his grand projects result into anything valuable
