Simple as that. 90% of the company in US has lazy people that contribute to the company, thats why Musk fired 90% of Twitter and the site has only gotten better. Thats why the tech companies has shed half a million people over the last 2 years because they dont contribute to the company. They were there primarily for diversity quotas, stacies who film on tiktok, grifters who grift by embedded themselves inside a byzantine beurocratic system.
No high value Americans are getting fired, in fact, all the top tech companies are paying BILLIONS for high value employes. Hundreds of millions, tens of millions PER employee. There has never been a time where companies have paid more for single high value individuals in the history of the world.
So where the DEI hires go? Thats the question. You learn new VALUABLE skills and move to different areas where your value is required. Society doesnt stop. It always requires new valueable people. Demand will always be there.
