tech market cap
tech market cap
md5: 9000b0a5c9979ac6f4b7b58ae12d1e69๐Ÿ”
Given the valuations of the tech companies going up over 10x over the last 10 years, why do we have to deal with jeet involvement in the profession and the fake austerity measures employed by the corporations hiring them?

We don't, it's all artificial clannishness. Indians within tech are forcibly gobbling up as many jobs as possible. It's scamming on a corporate scale.

positive feedback loop
your company has to provide better performance than the sectors average to satisfy investors
and when everyone does x10
you gotta find a way to get x11

its all bogus anyways
see the market cap?
thats how much money is in the SHARES
nvidia for instance, as a company, only made 60B in the past year
but that doesnt matter
what matters is how the company is *perceived*
and so the jeets might end up being more costly
and the ai fall flat on its face
but it doesnt matter
the investors will perceive that as cost cutting measures and will inflate the value of the shares even if that would be decoupled from the actual performance of the company

thats exactly whats happening
its called fiduciary obligations
and its what motivates most publicly traded companies ceos decisions
theres a layer of speculation that goes on top of that
as in- when a company is considered a stable investment for instance
which explains the disparity bw revenue and share valuation
but the foundation is fiduciary obligations
the only thing that changes is how that obligation is satisfied, exactly

The fact that any of these companies are worth more than their 2015 counterparts says that their valuation isnโ€™t a matter of productivity but rather inflationary growth.

i already see this coming
at first its gonna be "teething issues"
then "adjustments in the structure" so darwinic churn through indians until they will increase team size so that they will cost as much if not more than the initial team to achieve a similar throughput
everyone shitting bricks from the ceo down to the janitor because of the pressure of keeping face in front of the investors

otherwise: tuesday in big corpo land

how does this make anything better?

anybody with any options just leaves, only jeets remain due to the 12year green card backlog and a lack of talent

Normies trusted geeks to not do anything as stupid as allowing themselves to be replaced with jeets. Ooooppsie daisy. The problem will correct itself in the next 20 years. Enjoy the ride.
