It's like Paulson, Davidson, Johnson, Svenson. Or Vladmirovich, Ivanovich, Ivanova. Many languages have "sonof" names, but calling someone just by "sonof" would make no sense.

Nice. The only reason I'm not putting my name on my son is because he'd be Junior, and my brother was "Dad Junior", so growing up it was always "Anon, Junior, both of you, come here", so "Anon Junior" will just sound very lame to me. I tried to get my brother to put "Dad III" in his son, but he didn't.
