It's not the only thing they've changed, I clearly remember in 2017 the browser would display some sort of disclaimer telling you not to maximize the window because that could be used to identify you, and now that's gone too.
Tor also passes Cloudflare checks now, I clearly remember it not being able to pass those checks.
