I boughted the S24U. Last gen with bluetooth pen.
It is quite large and wide, it sticks out of my pocket in some of my pants and I can't sit down comfortably with it in my pocket sometimes. You also need a cover otherwise the camera lenses lift it unevenly when laying on the table and causes it to bounce when tapping.
I still have no regrets. Literally the best phone out there, and I get 7 major Android updates which is basically 7 years.

i have a 2 year old s23 ultra and its a really good phone that i'm willing to use it for another 2 years. and the s25 ultra is even better so you'll have no problems with that phone unless theres some design defect that hasnt surfaced yet
