My dad can't even get his driver's license back after they took them over a DUI 7 or so years ago because without a license he can't get to work to afford the device they put on your vehicle and continuous fee they charge you for having it. It make no sense. It was his first DUI too but the judge's daughter was killed by a drunk driver so he made an example out of my dad.
