Dear RMS, metux: In response to censorship and banning, as mentioned in (
>[dev] Kernel maintainer *CENSORED* on LKML [WAS: linux: Goodbye from a Linux community volunteer]

For what it's worth, I'm banned from the LKML too.
Linus is your enemy. Your only real option is to physically fight him
or his lieutenants in real life.
Same with the others.

Remember: he availed himself of the public for decades:
Taking free labour from all the hackers.
Now he has turned his back on hackers and infavor of wage-workers and
corporates.
Yet he keeps the code.
Or "rewrites" it and claims it never existed from the hackers.

It might sound bad: but that's the only way things of honour can be resolved.

I can't send this email to the LKML. (not using html, text only) (or any other email):
Linux License of grsecurity should be canceled

Grsecurity has prevented redistribution of it's
derivative work of the Linux(R) kernel successfully.
There have been no leaks of this derivative work.

They have also added a term to their derivative work of the Linux(R)
kernel stating that any redistribution of the derivative work will
incur a penalty: no more derivative work and withholding of paid funds.

To avoid this penalty no one has leaked the proprietary work of
grsecurity which is a derivative work of the Linux Kernel.

OpenSource licenses are now considered a joke, and opensource programmers
who work for free as clowns.

You can cancel the license grsecurity has to the Linux Kernel code.
Any of you whom has contributed to the Linux Kernel own your code: you
can cancle grsecurity's license to your code.

1) grsecurity never paid you anything. (nor did you ask for anything)
They cannot rely on contract law to enforce their license.
2) Grsecurity is required to follow copyright law.
They cannot claim following the terms of the license are "performance" under contract law: they have a duty to not violate Federal Copyright.
3) Grsecurity is violating the copyright license (which they got
for free) of your code. Your permission states that additional restrictive terms
are not permitted to be attached to the corpus of the copyrighted Work.
Grsecurity have added additional restrictive terms: they have
abrogated the "no additional restrictions" term by adding a new term:
no redistribution of the derivative work.
That new term has been successfully enforced by self-help by
grsecurity.

You will laugh and claim that
> "THE GPL ALLOWS PEOPLE TO FORBID REDISTRIBUTION LOL!" and
> "THE GPL IS JUST TALKING ABOUT NOT CHANGING THE TEXT OF THE GPL ITSELF LOL!" > and "ITS A PATCH, SO THEY CAN PUT IT UNDER WHATEVER LICENSE THEY WANT SINCE > THEY DONT INCLUDE LINUX WITH IT"
And ther

But you are wrong.

Please. Please sue Open Source Security.
Before it's too late.

Funny thing is: that's what Copyright and Patents in the USA was originally intended for:
A bait and switch to trick you into releasing your secrets.

In the Google vs Cisco supreme court case a year or 3 ago the Supreme Court wrote that if
you make a program, and you aren't using it in business field X, anyone can take your program
and make money with it in business field X, including your source code, at will. Against your
will. They cited the constitution.

Different idea from British Patents and Copyright which were always about censorship by the crown and paying the owner.

They don't want to hear it;
or rather the Hackers who built up Linux from the initial copyright infringement against minux, into what it became in the late 1990s to 2009 DO want to hear the information.

But the people who have taken over: non hackers, wage workers, and linus ruling over it all and taking their side.

Do not.

The only option to stop the censorship is the only option ever with censors:
To kill them.

Or can you kill them in real life?
They have show themselves to be enemies of hackers: the class they relied on in their rise.
They should be tortured and killed.
Can you do it to them?
Kill them and torture them for their betrayal of the hacker ethos?

Free is the most costly price. Please show them.

They have blocked my messages and that of other code hackers by heuristics for many years now.
They have availed themselves of the free labour of my class of people: claiming freedom and no censorship when they needed our class.
Now they betray us all.

I want to kill them.
This waste of life by 1000s of hackers who worked for them; who gave all their time.
To only be betrayed.

Must be accounted for in kind-

Dipshit: I'm a licensed attorney.

As I said: yes that is how US Copyright was intended: a bait and switch.
But US Copyright isn't the first patent-type protection that existed in the world.
British Patents preceed it.
(Design patents for lace and wallpaper)
British Copyrights also preceed it.

In the British system the intent was specifically to create a monopoly on design for the creators of the work. Not to enrich the public.
For Copyrights, the intent in the British system was to control what was published, and to enrich the authors of authorized works.

The US idea was leftist radicalism.
And does not work as intended since the British system preceeds it. The US copyright system uses the same words but is something of a betrayal of those who buy into it.

Additionally in the US system you must use the federal courts to adjudicate copyright disputes: which cost half-a-million to a million dollars in legal fees for the copyright owner since they need a lawer who is a member of the federal bar.

Which makes it essentially impossible for 99.99999999% of copyright owners to enforce anything.
IE: Linux hackers to even mid-sized corporations.

Must be why she needed a team of 1000 male hackers to code the system and then she takes the credit for it. Also why she needed to infringe the copyright of her professor's program Minix (and yes: linux is a copyright infringement of minix: she read the code and copied it)

Is this just the grsecurity guy bitching?

I thought he already took his ball and went home in 2017 after he paywalled grsecurity.

Don't get me wrong, Linus may be a faggot, but that's better than being a greedy kike.

Guy was probably spamming "PAY ME 4 GRSECURITY PATCHES FUCKING FREETARDS" and deserved the LKML ban.
