What? This is literally the opposite of how it is. Pony is extremely ugly and overfit, one of the least creative and knowledgeable models I ever tried. Its only redeeming quality was that it genned sex better than any other local model at that time.

What workflows does /adt/ use?

Mine is simple,
I generate an image in a creative and schizophrenic model with Euler a.
Then I use hiresfix at 1.33x with an SDE sampler (because it offers better detail).
Then I use img2imgfix at 1.5x (I think it's an extension), again with an SDE sampler.

How do you get wan to retain flat chests on female characters? Every single time I input a flat female character in an I2V, they always end up growing breasts, even if they're small ones. It's like wan believes every female character must have tits.

You can vibe transfer and inpaint characters not in the database pretty easily actually. You just need 4 or five clear images of the character and a bit of elbow grease to fix the minor mistakes. Once again, obviously not as accurate as a dedicated iora and it generally washes out the art style, but still magnitudes of times faster.

The problem is they're generally built for purpose and that purpose is king.
While pretty much everyone from the front facing part of NAI's staff I've seen talk seems like they have limited to zero grasp of their own product, there is apparently some motherfucking autistic wizard in charge of their database curation, that can balance out the literally insane amount of weights, required for it to not only churn out consistent characters off of 15 image data sets, but also some of the most insane prompt concepts conjecture I've ever seen.

Vibe transfer doesn't really work well with characters as reference, even if you play with the vibe transfer's weight, it will either make the pose too stiff or take unnecessary details if too strong, or won't transfer well if it's too low.
