Used to hate it until I slapped PaperWM on, now I just dislike it because of half my apps looking like dogshit because of GNOME’s title bar autism.

Used to feel quite indifferent about it, having heard of it being heavyweight and kinda avoiding it while using KDE, but then I tested it in a VM with my favorite distro (Tumbleweed) for 3 consecutive days and now I'm pretty used to its quirks, such as """""minimizing""""" windows by right-clicking, """""start""""" button being at the top and such. Tumbleweed has 3 variations: Basic, Wayland and X11, and I'm using Basic which is less bloated than the others.

OH, and it's no different than Plasma when it comes to RAM usage, being at 1,4 ~ 1,6GB at idle. Hm, I should make a guide for those who don't like GNOME.
>Right-clicking on the window allows you to maximize and hide windows, as there's no minimizing. You either hide or move it to another workspace.
>In the top-left corner of the DE there's a "morse code", that's where you can view workspaces and access the apps menu by clicking the 3x3 dots.

I hate that their default programs aren't modular, meaning I can't pick and choose which to install. I don't need a fucking Camera program on a desktop.
