I assume it will be the same for this, though it seems rather odd that just changing your country lets you bypass age verification. It was the same on Pixiv where they blocked loli but you could just set your contry as Japan to unblock it all again.

All of this shit is such a waste of time. It would be so much easier if they just put blocks at ISP level, i.e. your ISP asks you "do you have any minors under the age of 18 in your property" if you reply no, then you're good free internet, if you replay yes, then they just activate a parental mode on the router which broadcasts two SSIDs, one unrestricted one restricted that is safe for under 18s.

Do you have any sources or more info that? I see nothing on ProtonVPN's page that would hint at them moving, in fact they still have disclaimers stating that Switzerland has strict privacy laws and they are not required to keep logs.
