Holy shit, this is the best laptop I've owned by far. Superb performance, good battery life, gorgeous screen, great build quayliry. I wish Windows laptops could compete.

Going glossy for the screen on a laptop and lowering the refresh rate is an interesting move since it has glare and is lower performing but glossy does look better, mac can't play games anyway, and video is usually low hz as well and lower hz means longer batter life. Having an arm processor and unix increases battery life too. Soldered ssd and ram just keeps people from selling used which makes it more of an exclusive fashion product. I think they're good for what they are for which is yuppies with youtube channels.
