I love this kind of black/white complimentary color schemes, and how things like boots, gloves, ties and hats are exempt (no /s, I really like how these parts remain unchanged). I also like the subtle difference in attire, like the apron. Makes it feel less like some people cosplaying or wearing uniforms, and more like just friends trying to match outfits with what they had available on their wardrobe.

The problem with Wan2GP is that it only lets you use a pre-determined set of diffusion models, and the only way to get around that is by replacing one in the ckpts directory and renaming accordingly.
It can still be in the next OP though.

there was one with an anime girl on /ldg/. the outputs were slightly different on the same seed but still the same quality of motion. I'm on team vanilla, no point in a different checkpoint if the quality is the same

mp4related is one of my anisora gens.
I haven't used it too much yet because it's heavily censored for any kind of lewd content. It 'might' be better for anime like motion but so far I've been disappointed.
My issue with ani_wan is that it changes the eyes too often (this depends on style a lot). Also it overshoots a bit with character motion.

Well, there is that one nsfw finetune which used 2D h too in their dataset, but they didn't train an i2v model so...

My workflow is completely schizophrenic but the main difference from the rentry guide is I use double pass sampling. Probably overkill and not needed with lightx2v v2 but it's what's been working for me.
