It does indeed look like diamond precursor. Your best bet is to scour the archive(desu) for people that have shared their userChrome.(css/js)/userContent.css and see if that anon has done so in the past. The chances are slim, because that looks like it has been cooking for decades. It is 10/10 for sure. Compact and colored like our soul, that is beautiful. I wish you luck. The pink/red of the window decoration matched the buttons/terminal font/wallpaper. Same with the taskbar green. I would have it match the terminal/window button/desktop icon. I would also try to find a matching background for the terminal as opposed to the grey/gray. Even your spotify app has a different color than your kitty terminal window. Just my humble basic opinion.
9/10 slaps my desktop as it is, but would mog everyone if you could iron it out.
