I think locomotion will also be solved fairly soon. Those robot prototypes can move well, but they still have to work on making them feel more human
It's hard to tell how much memory you'd need to give an android robot long term memories. I'm guessing you could use a slower ssd for long term memory and faster ram for short term. I guess we'll see how the technology works itself out
I think the biggest issue would be batteries. You need something that can fit in an android body and have enough charge for an entire day. This thing is going to have to move probably 100lbs for the cutting edge models with the lightest weight materials. Probably 300+ lbs for more mass produced ones. According to google, the Boston Dynamics robot weights about 200lbs.
