I love math.
I hecking love math! What tech career should I pick if I love math? From hardware to software, anything goes
>just stick to pure math
I love math! But I also love engineering. So yeah!

You should kill yourself. Sage goes in all fields.

there's no single math heavy applied engineering field
you'd be lucky to even anything besides linear algebra and some calculus
you best bet is some theoretical physics circlejerk
technically theoretical cs is applied maths, but besides mind numbing optimization problems, even bleeding edge stuff like CNN are wholefully retarded

Fuck off

Electrical Engineering forces me to bust out a pen and paper or a calculator frequently. I just made my intern perform a derivation today for an algorithm she's helping me evaluate. Depending on which sub-field you choose, the math can vary. Or just code, that probably extends everything I just said except you make real money.

You shouldn't base your career on your one autistic obsession. Lots of people like listening to music and think they should be musicians. Nope. They were meant to be music listeners, not music makers. Figure out that which you want to make or do, not that which you want to appreciate, because no one is paying you to be in love with something without using it to make money

Cryptography is a good field, you can make it as theoretic or applied as you want, math-heavy and engineering needed as well. AI could be another one if you go deeper than using a python lib
