Unfortunately, a pen name does not suffice when used in combination with a disposable email address. Whether under the definition in 15 U.S.C 7006(5) which you cited, or as used in the DMCA, an electronic signature needs to be associated with a person, as that term is defined by 15 U.S.C. 7006(8). A psuedonym, without other information that would allow us to associate that with a specific, identifiable person, does not meet 17 U.S.C. 512(3)(a)(i)'s requirement that it be signed by an authorized person. As a practical matter, this is especially necessary where, as you claim, an account that may not be you is posting content using that same pseudonym.

So my intention and desire was to sign the pro-RMS letter, I announced that desire and intention here on 4chan.
The github admin then saw my announcement and signed it using his fake account.
However I see that as a signing of the letter: since I said I wanted to, said I would if I could, and the github admin got it done.

I thank him for that atleast.

Did I use the yahoo account or another one?
The yahoo account I've had since something like 2000, maybe even 1999, not sure.
I am an authorized person however: I'm me. In a court I could attest that. I could also bring witnesses to attest that GPC-Slots2 is mine and I wrote it while in Las-Vegas at the hotel that has the 2 horses statue in the foyer and the roof top pool, after the people at the Ceasars Palace casino said I couldn't sit with my parents when they were playing slots.

A reasonable person would understand that the account is a mocking parody, since they change GPC-Slots2 to the Feminist-GPC-Slots2 version that geek-feminists "made"
(ie: changes mixed string and integer if-thens to Perl5-unsupported string switch statements (since they didn't know that was perl6 only), and changes the Say No To Women's Rights placard into some other saying) (no other changes were made by them) (not even one pink slot machine added)
and they added a Code of Conduct, which I opposed on the LKML and wouldn't add to my project since it is an additional writing adding restrictions not encapsulated within v2 of the GPL (however being the copyright owner of the Work, I could add such additions, just as Linus added some additions to allow tivoization).

What image would you suggest?
I tried other images, no one responds.
