EQ-VAE is like having a new VAE, you have to train the model for like 100k steps. But the difference is it makes training up to 7 times more efficient and further, makes convergence easier because the latents are less confusing to learn. It's something like Chroma should consider but it ultimately means shipping the model with an updated VAE.

All community NSFW Kontext loras have been banned from Civitai and HF, Civitai even tried to put them up again with a huge disclaimer saying you can't use it for X, but BFL would not have it and demanded them taken down.

The problem is not the non-commercial requirement. The problem is that the license is revocable (compare with the "irrevocable" language in the Apache 2 license). There would be no problems with a hypothetical Flux Dev license with a noncommercial clause if was lacking the parts that allow the company to revoke it. The legal right to banhammer any model is the problem.

Stability already used the broad terms of their newer license to ban all NSFW models retroactively. Companies will do this if they have the ability to.

Gen times are weirdly very variable and not consistent and I haven't figured out why, sometimes they are ~2 minutes others are ~5 minutes. I did disable the 3rd LoRA so just using the FusionX and lightx2v LoRAs on each high/low noise.

Yeah. The only tweak I made to the default workflow was adding in NAG and Video Combine. The AIO moves more like 2.1 and has trouble with multi-step motion instructions.
