The other anon is correct but this is also a model issue. Claude models naturally know when to throw in action and when to calm down, while other models don't. You can prompt for it by telling it that stuff in your preset but then it ends up feeling very forced and unnatural. I often tell deepseek to drive the plot forward occasionally but still give characters time to themselves which helps but it's hit or miss.

Use text completion. Start writing your desired scenario as a story, then ask the LLM to continue it. Simple as.

(Protip: whip up a custom UI that lets you generate multiple completions in parallel and select your favorite, then crank up the temperature. It's worth the time investment)

I tried really hard, but nothing seems to work. It refuses much, much more than Horizon Alpha. At least that one didn't instantly refuse my NSFW cards. I tinkered with my preset, tried in Novelcrafter, Sillytavern with a blank card to see if it could write anything other than SFW. No, it fucking can't. I couldn't even get it to say a single swear, I don't know how this is possible. Zenith, which is supposedly GPT-5 had no problem describing a girl's boobs, but this prude won't. I have no doubt it is the open weight models.

Keep in mind my method is brutish and highly controversial. Some high-level roleplayers from the general might want to stone me alive for this:

At the end of a chat, I usually update character sheets, buy some gear and then start copy pasting into a new chat. Just open ST in another window and copy-paste the replies from the DM.
Here's what I said to DM:
