That's something that I've been thinking about myself as well. I haven't touched PHP in years so seeing the requirements to become a dev (IIRC, there used to be a dev recruitment post with the requirements and skills needed) instantly makes me uninterested. However if I could access the site's repository then I could see how much of a mess it is and decide from there if there's something I can do. I understand that opening the site's repository comes with downsides, so having strict requirements like a high user class could probably help.

How much yen do you get for seeding small files? It's soo annoying that most albums on Ab and RED can't be cross-seeded so i need to choose between one of them. If i get a 1.0 ratio on a 300mb file on AB it won't really make a difference.
