Who even sells bootloader-unlockable phones anymore? Is it just Google? I think Motorola and Sony do, but nobody really develops for them anymore. Samsung phones outside of the US are but certain shit like VoLTE is proprietary so you can't even use most custom software without losing a lot of functionality.
