You must spend hours tinkering, you must paste several commands on the terminal to do anything, you must use poorly made "alternatives" to standard software. What do you get? A vague promise of freedom over your computer that never comes because you can never actually use it. Opposite. Windows, macOS and other proprietary trash is literally you getting raped. You are forced to be in that situation, there is a problem without solutions, no help, people that would help don't know anything about anything and after every rape you just accept the fact and continue being baby duck slave. Using Linux is like healthy relationship with your loved one. If you have healthy relationship, you normally have some tiny problems or differences but you are open and you just fix it. When Windows or macOS rapes you, there is 99% change you can't prevent or solve it.
