Split Fiction edition

ITT We help anons in heavily restricted regions bypass censorship, network restrictions and so on.
>Where do i start?
Here: https://pastebin.com/FDegbbAR
>How do I access 4chan?
4chan blocks tor exit nodes and VPNs, you will need a residential IP outside of UK. Please refer to the guide on pastebin
>Will I got to jail 4 that?
Probably not, but if you are afraid of that, let me know so I will updoot this guide with more opsec info.
>b-b-b-but restrictions are le hekin good because (insert cope here)
back to >>>/pol/ , larper.
>b-b-b-but muh darknet
No, we don't want to hear about that, go away.

Okay but eventually the clearnet is going to get so locked down with ID's that we're going to have to leave. SO what's the alternative? Freenet, Using odysee as the new youtube, using torrents to share large files?

>Okay but eventually the clearnet is going to get so locked down with ID's
Highly doubt it, since multiple jurisdictions simply don't care enough. Doing KYC on people is expensive and risky, so most companies will only do that if they are actually required to do so. Outside of a few selected countries in Europe, mandatory global ID verification for every random service is a boogeyman for /pol/ or /x/ guys.
>Freenet,
The biggest problem with projects like that is they are used only by very few, selected groups of people (usually drug dealers and terminally online clittycels, or pedophiles in case of freenet). I made this thread with regular people in mind, who are rather unwilling to do any complicated software hacks.
>odysee
Almost the same thing as with darknets. Its used mostly by people who are tired of youtube, or those whose content would normally be banned on mainstream services, like fosscad guys. So far I have seen a single mainsteam youtuber who actually took a good use of this platform , using it as an archive of their banned content.
>using torrents
Torrents are surely more "mainstream" decentralized software, but actually torrenting safely can still filter out a fair share of people, especially zoomers who can often barely install browser extensions, let alone torrent, and I am telling this as a zoomer.

I apologize for phoneposting but I don’t know where else to ask. What’s a good proxy service for shitposting? I like the idea of 4chan(dot)gday but it glows so hard. Too many bad actors using it to share you know what. I don’t want anything to do with that shit. I just want to shitpost.

I used a fair share of those things back when I was a teenager with a lot of free time, but I have a job now and I can no longer dedicate all my free time to test all software like that. I am far from being a larper though and I actually try to help fellow anons despite my limited free time. Hope you will understand it one day when you get a life , frogposter.

No need to be ashamed, anon! The gay is fine for that, but for 4chan you will need residential proxies, as the thread implies. Check out pastebin, as I dont want to trigger jannies by posting them directly.

To contribute, two useful things.

>CENO browser
this is a mobile only browser (for now atleast), which attempts to help people access censored content without relying on the tor network or any hidden p2p internet alternatives.
more here: https://ceno.app/en/about.html

>SnowFlake
Snowflake is one of the built-in bridges for the tor browser. Bridges help a user of the tor browser to obfuscate the fact that they're using the tor network to circumvent censorship from their local ISP or government.
There are multiple built-in bridges that achieve similar goals.
Snowflake is a community effort though, anyone living in an uncensored country can install the snowflake extension/addon and provide an extra snowflake proxy to assist our fellow anons living in heavily censored regions.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/torproject-snowflake/
If you are worried about having random people connecting through your device to access tor, read more about the snowflake extension from official channels in the tor webpage to learn how it functions and how it protects you. Never use any service/software that is meant to help privacy without understanding how it functions. Protect yourself, then protect others.

>There is no need to worry about which websites people are accessing through your Snowflake extension. Their visible browsing IP address will match their Tor exit node, not yours (since you're an entrypoint)
extra info regarding the extension.

When the internet is being censored, we need to provide good, p2p or community ran solutions that are censorship resistant.
You may not care because you live in a country that doesn't censor anything, but you never know what the future holds, anon. The sooner we assist these services grow, the better infrastructure we'll have in the future when censorship hits us.

But again, always use these tools consciously, and read the relevant documentation. Never use them blindly, everything has a risk.
Protect yourself to protect others.

I’ll make sure to check it out. As for the gay, as long as I personally don’t use it for illegal shit, I should be fine, right? For example, is the website gets in trouble later down the line, I won’t have the police at my door?

both seem fine, will add those to the next general. Its not like I am against darknets entirely, but moving everything to the darknet is simply not practical for most people. Tor is sometimes great for bypassing clearnet censorship but you are unlikely to find regular, interesting things on it.

I plan to selfhost DC server for trusted peers.
Probably going to stock up on media and magnets
The biggest thing is going to go from always live content to static content over 12 months, when services are always there.
Probably going to stock up with as many LLMs as I can, to run locally.
