It works for me. I can pass the Cloudflare check just fine. It does sometimes make me wait 120 seconds before I can post however. Maybe try updating your webview?

Here's what you do:
>Open site settings and clear 4chan captcha cookie
>Get captcha through create new thread (regular post will not work)
>This will let you load the Cloudflare captcha and actually get a new cookie
>Then you can request a captcha for a regular post, wait 120 seconds, and then you can post normally
