I remember global keybinds not really working a while back but this has been implemented, similar with hdr, and similar with screenshare (1 and 3 worked on xorg I think)
Tbh I use wayland and it performs way better on my machine, and I didnt find anything that was a dealbraker really, at this point most things are there
