That depends on how aggressive a site's owner set the cloudflare settings. rateyourmusic for example cockblocks me with a captcha every 2 hours

It also a indicator of whether the admin knows what they are doing. It's very easy to configure, and in my case my users only see the captcha once a month (as long as they aren't hopping IPs or clearing cookies, which in that case I don't give a fuck how inconvenient it is lol)
