why hasn't anyone made a photoshop clone on linux?

We're waiting for you to do it. Now get cracking, I expect it to be fully working in two weeks.

photoshop has a few man-centuries put into it, people dramatically underestimate how hard it is to make a non dog-shit "useful for professional workflows" clone.

pic related being examples from eg looking at photopea.

Why can't the linux schizos stop fighting over 99999999999 different distro's and just build a decent paint / MS office clone that doesn't stink ass like gimp and open office?

Grow up, use GIMP or Krita, or whatever else. We're spoiled for choice overall.

All linux equivalents to windows programs are inferior. Turns out free software is fucking garbage.

It has been superseded even within Windows itself.

Photoshop keybinds are a impossible to clone in Photopea, cause is a browser app. Realistically, it's over until something forces Adobe to do a Linux port or you don't need their shit for professional billed-by-the-clock work.

idk what to tell you, then a browser app can't beat photoshop; people have put 10+ years into learning photoshop in particular, you tell em
> you can't remap it to match your shit
And they're gonna say "I'm just gonna put another year into photoshop because alternatives aren't running a serious operation."
